Excellence Leadership Academy is seeking a dynamic business development (marketing and sales) intern to join our team.
As a key member of our business development, you will have the opportunity to work at your convenience locally in your respective town/city remotely or in hybrid working hours. You will have the opportunity to meet business owners, understand business challenges and promote the FREE and PAID Programs (Sales Programs, Memberships & Coaching Services). You will be handholded based on your passion for the industry and handheld to learn under the guidance of experienced sales professionals. The candidate should be from major cities in AP or Telangana who can speak both Telugu and English.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Deciding your industry and developing list of business owners or possible lead sources

2. Meeting them personally or over phone calls, collect their challenges in a Google form, getting them subscribe our YouTube Channel, Offer them free resources

3. Develop list of business owners' data in a Google Sheet and maintain as needed

4. Encourage them to use our programs and community memberships

5. Need to attend virtual meeting as per the need and achieve basic minimum target

Remember, this is work from home but also involves field work at your location (if needed) + meetings online. 
By the end of the internship, you will be able to understand your chosen niche market, their problems, possible solutions and how to work in a Business Development Role in that industry.

For those successfully completed our internal training, achieve deliverables, we will give them business development opportunity (Salary or Commission based on your choice)
